At MangoMoj, we take pride in delivering farm-fresh, naturally ripened mangoes with care and speed. This Shipping & Return Policy outlines how we manage your deliveries, how long they take, and how we handle issues like spoilage or errors.

Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver to most major cities and towns across India. If your area is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout or shortly after placing the order.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days of harvest.
  • Our mangoes are only harvested when ripe — we do not store inventory in cold storage, so your order may be delayed slightly during unfavorable weather or low harvest days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking link.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days depending on your location.
  • Metro cities may receive orders faster, while remote areas may take a bit longer.
  • Delays due to weather, strikes, or courier issues are rare but possible. We will keep you informed in such cases.

4. Packaging & Handling

  • All orders are carefully packed in shock-resistant, insulated boxes to preserve freshness and prevent damage during transit.
  • Our packaging is designed to maintain ideal temperature and ventilation so the mangoes arrive in excellent condition.

Return & Replacement Policy

Mangoes are perishable and delicate — which is why we do not offer traditional returns. However, we are committed to ensuring you’re completely satisfied.

You are eligible for a free replacement or full refund if:

  • Your mangoes arrive damaged, bruised, or spoiled
  • You receive the wrong variety, size, or quantity of mangoes
  • Your package is lost in transit or significantly delayed beyond the promised delivery window

Important Conditions:

  • You must raise the issue within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photographs or video of the damaged or incorrect product
  • Send the complaint via email to support@mangomoj.com
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, or a replacement box is shipped immediately (subject to availability)

You can disable or clear cookies at any time via your browser settings. However, this may affect the functionality of some parts of our website.

Non-Eligible Situations:

  • Minor cosmetic blemishes or natural size variation in mangoes
  • Late delivery caused by incorrect shipping address or unavailability of recipient
  • Dissatisfaction with taste or sweetness (as mangoes are natural and seasonal)

We reserve the right to assess each claim individually and make the final decision on refunds or replacements.
