Refund Policy

At MangoMoj, we aim to bring you the freshest, most delicious mangoes — straight from trusted farms to your doorstep. While we don’t offer traditional returns due to the perishable nature of mangoes, we do offer a fair and transparent refund policy to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following conditions:
1. Damaged or Spoiled Products
- If your mangoes arrive in visibly damaged or spoiled condition.
- Includes signs of fermentation, rot, or physical squashing due to poor handling.
2. Wrong Product Delivered
- You received a different variety, size, or quantity than what you ordered.
3. Order Not Delivered
- If your order is marked delivered by the courier but you did not receive it.
- If your package is lost in transit and cannot be traced within a reasonable timeframe.
4. Delayed Delivery
- If the mangoes are delivered beyond 7 days of dispatch and arrive spoiled or unusable as a result of the delay.
Refund Request Timeline
To request a refund:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Submit your request via email or WhatsApp along with:
- Clear photographs or a video showing the issue
- Order ID and contact details
We reserve the right to reject claims submitted after 24 hours or with insufficient documentation.
Refund Method & Timeframe
- Once your claim is reviewed and approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, UPI, wallet, etc.)
- Processing may take 5–7 working days depending on your bank or payment provider.
You will be notified via email or SMS once your refund has been initiated.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- Taste Preferences: Mangoes are seasonal fruits and may vary in sweetness or flavor.
- Minor Skin Marks or Size Differences: These are natural variations and not defects.
- Incorrect Address: Orders not delivered due to wrong address or recipient unavailability.
- Late Claims: Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery.
